Job summary

Macmillan Davies is seeking an experienced HRIS/People Operations transformation contractor to support the implementation and optimisation of a Rippling platform. The role focuses on turning manual or fragmented HR processes into scalable, automated workflows across the employee lifecycle.

You will map current processes, design future-state solutions, build end-to-end HRIS workflows, and drive automation while collaborating with People, Payroll, Finance and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Proven HRIS implementation or transformation experience.
• Experience moving manual HR processes into an HRIS.
• Strong HR process design and automation experience.
• Experience with payroll transformation or implementation.
• Hands-on HRIS workflow experience.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of HR data and process governance.

We’re looking for an experienced HRIS / People Operations transformation specialist to support the implementation and optimisation of a new Rippling platform.

This is a hands‑on project role for someone who can look at existing HR processes, challenge how things are done and turn manual or fragmented activity into scalable, automated HRIS workflows.
