Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with People Directors, Shared Services, and Centres of Excellence to identify, map and categorise existing HR processes.
  • Lead the design and delivery of detailed transition plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee knowledge transfer and training to ensure a smooth and sustainable handover of responsibilities.
  • Track progress, report on key milestones, and manage risks and issues.
  • Support internal communication and change management efforts to ensure alignment and engagement across multiple regions.

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in HR transformation or shared service implementation.
  • Strong background in project management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in process mapping and operating model design.
  • Comfortable with travel in the UK, Ireland and Europe
