Manchester Metropolitan University's Careers and Employability Service is seeking leaders for roles dedicated to enhancing final-year student transitions into graduate employment. Successful candidates will provide innovative career support, engage effectively with students, and collaborate across university departments to influence employability strategies.
About the Department:
The Careers and Employability Service department at Manchester Met is recruiting four new posts, each based within our Faculty Teams, to lead activity that supports the transition of final year students into graduate roles.
These roles are central to our mission of delivering high-impact, inclusive support that spans the student-to-graduate journey—from final year through to early career. Working collaboratively with students, careers teams, academic colleagues, professional services, alumni, and employers, the postholders will lead initiatives that enhance graduate success, influence institutional employability strategy, and strengthen Manchester Met's reputation for delivering meaningful outcomes.
