Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a HR Operating Model Specialist to lead and shape complex HR transformation programmes. You will translate operating model ambition into actionable change and shape how the People function delivers high-quality, scalable services across client organisations.

You will drive coherence across roles, processes and technologies, support adoption of new ways of working, and contribute to business development and thought leadership within Employee Experience & HR teams.

Qualifications

• Strong HR transformation and operating model expertise.
• Ability to simplify complexity and translate insights into actionable designs.
• Highly collaborative and able to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve HR Operating Model offerings to meet client needs.
• Review and optimise end-to-end HR processes for quality and governance.
• Lead diagnostic assessments and use data to inform decisions.
• Partner with HR, digital, finance and operations leaders for coherence.
• Support adoption of new ways of working and continuous improvement across clients.
