Job summary

Sense is seeking an experienced HR transformation lead to shape and deliver practical people-change activities within a multi-site environment. You will translate transformation plans into clear people plans and support organisational design and workforce planning to enable high-quality services for disabled people with complex needs.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, use data to identify risks, and help teams implement change with fairness, pace and Sense’s values in mind.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting complex organisational change or transformation.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
• Ability to translate transformation plans into practical people plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive integrated people plans and workforce design.
• Assess workforce impacts and prepare change materials for stakeholders.
• Support consultation, engagement, and data-driven risk mitigation.
