Job summary

JSS is seeking an experienced Workday Change Lead to support a major transformation programme in North London. The role focuses on designing and delivering the change strategy across HR, Payroll, and wider business functions, with strong stakeholder engagement and adoption objectives.

You will work alongside programme leadership, HR stakeholders, and system integrators to ensure effective transition to new processes and ways of working in a complex corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading change for Workday implementations in large organisations.
• Deep understanding of organisational change management methodologies.
• Experience delivering change across HR, Payroll, Talent, or Finance.
• Proven success driving user adoption and business readiness for enterprise systems.
• Experience conducting stakeholder analysis and change readiness evaluations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to influence senior executives in programme environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the end-to-end change management strategy for a major Workday implementation.
• Lead stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and readiness activities.
• Design communications, engagement, and adoption plans across business functions.
• Conduct impact assessments and translate findings into interventions.
• Partner with HR, Programme Management, and senior stakeholders.
• Establish change networks and champion communities.
• Develop training strategies and user enablement activities.
• Track adoption metrics and report to programme governance.
• Provide coaching to leaders and managers through change.
• Identify and mitigate people-related risks to programme success.
