Job summary

Lorien is recruiting a Forward Deployed Specialist (FDS) / HR Transformation Lead for a 6-month contract with remote working and ad-hoc travel to London. You will work at the intersection of HR, digital transformation and technology to identify opportunities, shape solutions and drive delivery of innovative, AI-enabled HR outcomes.

You will collaborate with HR leaders, global process owners, and technology teams to design and deliver technology-enabled changes, leveraging platforms like Workday,

Qualifications

Demonstrated HR transformation and digital change delivery.
Proven experience in engaging senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
Experience delivering technology-enabled HRchange through automation or AI.
Exposure to HR platforms and enterprise architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead business-led HR transformation programs across people, process and technology.
Shape solutions and drive delivery of AI-enabled HR outcomes.
Collaborate with global HR leaders, process owners and tech teams.
Facilitate discovery workshops and align stakeholders on priorities.
Oversee integration, API work and platform changes.
