A leading company in clinical forensic healthcare is seeking an HR & Training Administrator to join their People Team in Stevenage. The role involves managing employee queries, supporting recruitment processes, and providing administrative assistance in a hybrid working environment. You will work as part of our People Team supporting both the People and Training Teams within Mountain Healthcare on issues related to People and Training. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: dealing with employee queries, rewards, contract changes, HR recruitment & selection, retention, training support, professional and company clearance renewals, absence management, and other administrative tasks to support our processes. This role offers opportunities to gain wider internal project experience and develop your existing skills within a collaborative team environment. Attention to detail is crucial, as your support and guidance will help maintain our high-quality services.
We seek someone who is organized, experienced with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and interested in gaining HR experience with career progression in HR. Excellent literacy, accuracy, communication skills, and workload management are essential. Previous administrative experience and familiarity with training environments are desirable.
Applicants should ideally reside near Stevenage, hold a full driving license, and have access to transport. The position is Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm, with some flexibility for travel to MHL locations. The role is based in the Stevenage office but generally operates on a hybrid working model.
Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to support the business as needed, including flexibility for operational demands and working hours.
