Job summary

beqom is a high-growth B2B SaaS company delivering pay equity, transparency, compensation and performance management. This role ensures successful implementation of our SaaS Product offerings and multi-product deployments, within the Services team, leading the implementation, support, and evolution of our global HR compensation and performance management platform.

The Business Consultant will run discovery sessions, guide configuration, and coordinate testing and training, ensuring the solution

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR technology, HR consulting, SaaS consulting, or HR operations with system exposure.
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting HRIS / HCM platforms.
• Strong understanding of HR functional domains including performance, compensation and pay equity.
• Ability to translate business HR needs into system requirements and run discovery sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in strategic compensation, performance and pay transparency management—operating the beqom platform to solve core business challenges.
• Lead strategic workshops with clients to explore and advise on their current performance and compensation processes.
• Analyse existing business processes and design improved total rewards strategies using platform knowledge.
• Advise clients through configuration of the beqom solution, including testing and user training.
• Understand client business and talent strategy to ensure seamless integration and long-term success.
