Job summary

beqom is a high-growth B2B SaaS company delivering pay equity, compensation and performance management solutions. We seek a Senior Backend Engineer to join the Data Platform Core team, building multi-tenant data ingestion, schema management and analytics foundations.

You will collaborate with Data Platform and Analytics engineers, Support and Product stakeholders in an AI-first environment, shaping agent-driven development and robust, observable services at scale.

Qualifications

• Senior backend experience with .NET/C# in production.
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL design and query optimization.
• Proven ability to ship stable features with strong tests.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
• Daily hands-on AI-driven development and agent orchestration.
• Excellent written communication and design-doc skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-tenant data platform features.
• Work hands-on with .NET 8/C#, PostgreSQL, EF Core, Dapper, MassTransit.
• Improve observability and resiliency of services.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to code reviews.
