Job summary

Qh4 Consulting is seeking an HRIS Implementation Lead to drive a large-scale HR technology transformation, consolidating fragmented systems across HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Reward and Learning. This permanent role oversees process design, configuration decisions and readiness, with a focus on adoption and sustainable ways of working.

This is a business transformation programme, not a pure IT deployment. The role reports to the Head of HR Operations & Transformation and involves coaching a

Qualifications

• Complex HRIS/HCM implementations delivered through to go-live.
• Multi-module experience across HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Recruitment, Benefits or Reward.
• Organisational change and adoption programmes, weighted equally with implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of HR and Payroll operations, including statutory requirements.
• Process redesign and optimisation.
• Train-the-trainer models, where internal teams retain ownership.

Responsibilities

• Owns process design, configuration decisions and readiness.
• Leads change, communications and training activities.
• Ensures business readiness and embeds sustainable ways of working post go-live.
• Coaches HR functional leads to own design and adoption.
