Job summary

Fortive Corporation seeks an HR & AI Systems Architect to shape the company’s HR technology ecosystem. You will own architecture across Oracle HCM Cloud, Boomi, ServiceNow HRSD, Eightfold, and LMS platforms, driving API-first integrations and AI-enabled HR workflows.

You will partner with HR leadership, IT, and vendor teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions, establish governance, and supervise integration engineers.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in HR technology and enterprise systems architecture.
• Must be available to work full U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours each day.
• Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and integrations across multiple modules.
• Proven experience with Boomi or a similar enterprise integration platform.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, data transformation.
• Experience delivering AI/ML within HR systems and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architectural design of Fortive’s HR technology landscape.
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, data flow diagrams, and roadmaps.
• Establish design standards, governance, and best practices across HR tech.
• Partner with IT to ensure alignment with security and enterprise standards.
• Define and drive integration strategy, moving to API-first services.
• Lead Boomi-based integration and guide developers through the lifecycle.
• Architect AI capabilities within HR systems and embed AI into workflows.
