Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK seeks an HR Technology Solution Architect (Managing Consultant) to lead the architecture workstream in complex HR transformations, translating business outcomes into scalable technology designs across platforms, data, integration, identity, security and AI.

You will develop architecture artefacts, facilitate decisions, assess AI-enabled capabilities, and support vendor assessments while collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams across Capgemini's global

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering solution architecture for HR technology, digital HR or workforce transformation programmes with ownership of architecture deliverables or a major design workstream.
• Broad architecture capability across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, data, integration, identity, security and non-functional design.
• Strong consulting and facilitation skills with ability to structure complex problems and run design workshops.

Responsibilities

• Translate HR transformation requirements into solution designs, connecting HR processes, employee experience and operating model requirements with platform, data and integration decisions.
• Design HR technology solutions across the enterprise ecosystem, covering core HR, payroll, talent and workforce management.
• Develop application, integration and data architecture, defining system interactions, information flows and security requirements.
• Assess and incorporate AI-enabled capabilities into solution design, considering data quality, governance and human oversight.
• Support technology evaluation and architecture assurance, contributing to vendor assessments, design artefacts and reviews.
• Contribute to proposals, estimates, client pitches and reusable architectural assets.
