Job summary

Project People in Glasgow seeks an experienced HR Services Team Leader to head a high-performing People Services team.

You will guide a group of around 6 HR Advisors and Administrators, ensure end-to-end HR delivery, and maintain service levels across payroll support, employee relations, and HR administration. The role demands strong leadership, HR policy knowledge, and ability to drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams within an HR Services/People Services environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation and lifecycle processes.
• Experience managing service delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
• Confidence handling complex HR queries and stakeholder escalations.
• Strong HR systems, reporting and data analysis skills.
• CIPD qualification (or equivalent).

HR Services Team Lead | 6-Month Contract | Glasgow (Hybrid - 2 days/week)

We're looking for an experienced HR Services Team Leader to lead a high-performing People Services team.
