The kind of person who will thrive here
You build credible relationships quickly and are comfortable handling difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy. You care about creating a positive employee experience but also understand the commercial realities of a growing business.
You are likely to be practical, resilient and highly organised, with the initiative to spot what needs attention and take it forward. Most importantly, you will enjoy combining hands-on people support with the opportunity to build better ways of working.
Location and eligibility
