Office Collective is recruiting an experienced HR & Talent Officer to support a growing private healthcare business in Limpsfield. The role combines general HR administration with day-to-day recruitment across clinical and non-clinical roles, reporting to the senior leadership team.
You will manage vacancies, write job descriptions, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and help shape a developing People and Talent function across multiple locations.
We are recruiting an experienced and highly organised HR & Talent Officer for a growing private healthcare business.
This is a newly created, hands-on role combining general HR support with responsibility for day-to-day recruitment. It would suit someone who enjoys variety, is confident working independently and wants the opportunity to help shape a developing People and Talent function.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will support employees throughout the full employee lifecycle while managing recruitment across a range of clinical and non-clinical roles.
You will ideally have previous experience in an HR, People or Talent role, with practical exposure to both recruitment and general HR administration.
You must be comfortable managing recruitment independently, including proactively sourcing candidates and conducting initial interviews, rather than having experience solely within recruitment coordination.
Experience within healthcare would be helpful but is not essential. Applications are also welcomed from candidates who have worked in fast-growing, multi-site or customer-focused organisations.
A CIPD qualification, or currently working towards one, would be advantageous, although practical experience and the right attitude are equally important.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business at an exciting stage of its development, take genuine ownership of the role and influence how its People and Talent function evolves.
