Liberty Blume, part of Liberty Global, is hiring a People Systems HR Systems Specialist in Bradford. The role supports delivery and ongoing assistance across our HR systems platforms, working with HR and payroll teams and the wider business to resolve system queries and process change requests.

You will join the Enterprise Systems HCM Team, manage incidents, define customer requirements, ensure governance for changes, and contribute to reporting, audits and compliance across HR platforms, with

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar system Support /Analyst role.
• Knowledge of end-to-end HR Processing.
• Experience with Oracle HR Fusion modules and basic Oracle EBS.
• Experience working with large data populations and sensitive people data.

Responsibilities

• Respond to specialist HR systems queries and data issues and resolve with People Services and Oracle HCM teams.
• Daily management of the incident management queue with timely resolutions.
• Support data uploads between Oracle and external providers.
• Generate business requirement documents and review solution designs against requirements with Oracle HCM teams.
• Provide guidance on Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS modules and other HR systems.
