Liberty Blume in Bradford (BD4) is seeking an Enterprise Systems Advisory Lead to shape strategy, architecture, governance and commercial directions across Finance, ERP, Procurement, and HR. The role reports to the Director of Enterprise Systems and combines advisory delivery with leadership responsibilities.

The role requires senior expertise across enterprise platforms, stakeholder management, and team development, with hybrid working options and a focus on delivering measurable business value.

Competenze

• Significant experience defining enterprise systems strategy and roadmaps within a complex organisation.
• Experience across ERP, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Payroll, or related platforms.
• Proven leadership across architecture, delivery, and transformation; able to influence senior decisions.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.

Mansioni

• Define and evolve the Enterprise Systems strategy, architecture, and roadmap aligned to business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead advisory engagements, providing strategic guidance and governance across programmes and initiatives.
• Develop customer propositions, capability roadmaps, and service offerings to support growth and success.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, business cases, and commercial discussions with customers.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and coach the Enterprise Systems team.
