NRG is recruiting a Senior Systems & MI Analyst for its People & Culture function in Newcastle. You will blend HR systems, data and analytics with business partnering and project delivery to enable smarter decisions through insightful reporting.
You will design and develop Power BI dashboards, analyse people data, and translate requirements into practical system solutions while leading HR system enhancements and automation initiatives.

We are working exclusively with a leading digital transformation organisation to recruit a Senior Systems & MI Analyst into their People & Culture function in Newcastle.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being more than a reporting analyst. You’ll combine HR systems, data and analytics, business partnering and project delivery, helping the organisation make better decisions through meaningful insight and smarter technology.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across People & Culture and the wider business, translating business requirements into practical system and reporting solutions.
A major part of the role will be building and developing Power BI reporting and dashboards, analysing the data and, importantly, communicating the story behind the numbers to non-technical audiences.
You will also play a key role in HR systems development, continuous improvement, automation and programme delivery.
You will ideally have experience working within an HR/People, HRIS or HR Systems environment, combined with strong analytical and technical capability.

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Working pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Newcastle office (typically Tuesday/Wednesday or Thursday)
Salary: Up to £52,000 depending on experience
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Security: SC clearance required
