Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking an experienced Release Manager (HR Systems) to own vendor-led releases, patches and technology changes across our HR and payroll landscape. You will coordinate across technology, People teams and suppliers in a hybrid setup with 3 days on-site.

You’ll drive end-to-end release planning, testing, approvals and deployment, ensuring risk is managed and stakeholders are kept informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end release management in complex technology environments.
• Experience with enterprise HR/payroll platforms such as Dayforce, Oracle or SAP.
• Strong understanding of systems integration and dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the release from start to finish by coordinating end-to-end release lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams and suppliers to understand changes and dependencies.
• Manage testing, approvals, deployment, and rollback plans to minimize disruption.
• Ensure timely delivery by tracking commitments and maintaining quality.
• Turn complex vendor information into clear progress updates for stakeholders.
• Capture lessons learned to improve future releases.
