Job summary

Katie Bard & Angela Mortimer Plc is seeking an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join a supportive team and help implement a new HR system. You will manage day-to-day HR system operations, handle inquiries, and support recruitment processes across the HR function.

You will communicate with a range of stakeholders, resolve system issues, and develop processes with attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Experience with iTrent and CIPD-related qualifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR and HR systems, ideally in a professional services environment.
• Supports recruitment function and resolves system issues.
• Able to communicate with a range of stakeholders and build effective relationships.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with iTrent or similar HR system is beneficial; CIPD qualification (or working towards).

Job description

Are you someone who's experienced in using and being responsible for HR systems? We're currently looking for an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join a fantastic team that values a supportive culture, in an exciting role helping with the implementation of a new HR system.

Within this role, you will be supporting with a range of HR-related enquiries and helping with the day-to-day running of HR systems and processes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills, gain further experience and make the role their own.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within HR and with HR systems, ideally within a professional services environment. You will be confident supporting the recruitment function, identifying and resolving system issues and providing support to the wider HR team.

You will be confident communicating with a range of different stakeholders and be able to build effective working relationships. You will have strong organisational and problem-solving skills, alongside excellent attention to detail.

Previous experience working with iTrent or a similar HR system would be beneficial, as would a CIPD qualification or working towards one.
