Job summary

Coastland College is seeking a proactive People Systems & Data Coordinator to lead the administration of the HRIS (iTrent) and drive workforce intelligence across the People Team. You will optimise systems, ensure data accuracy and enable automation to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Working with Payroll, Finance and MIS, you will develop dashboards, provide training, and support governance and audit requirements while championing data-driven decision making across the College.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS such as iTrent is desirable.
• Strong Excel, reporting and data management skills.
• Ability to analyse data to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead administrator and SME for iTrent.
• Maintain system configuration, workflows, forms, templates and user permissions.
• Lead the continuous improvement of people systems, processes and digital ways of working.
• Ensure workforce data is accurate, reliable, secure and audit-ready.
• Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, MIS and reporting solutions.
• Produce meaningful workforce insights to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve user experience.
• Manage system upgrades, testing, implementation and UAT.
• Support integration between iTrent, Payroll, Finance, MIS and other systems.
• Provide training and guidance to managers and colleagues.
• Support workforce planning through accurate data and reporting.
• Ensure systems support governance and audit requirements.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects.
• Promote data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
