Bath Spa University is seeking an experienced HR Processes and System Coordinator on a fixed-term basis at Newton Park, Bath. You will manage the HR system (iTrent), ensure data accuracy, and drive process improvements across HR data lifecycles.

The role collaborates with HR and Payroll to deliver timely management information and digital solutions, including Microsoft Forms and Power Automate. This is a full-time fixed-term contract to February 2028, with salary starting from £33,951 per annum.
