My client is a diverse public sector organisation committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. They are currently seeking a skilled HR Systems Data Specialist to join their HR Systems & Data team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Within your new role as HR Systems & MI Advisor, you will work collaboratively with HR Systems and HR colleagues across the organisation, ensuring a first-class HR systems and management information service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business-as-usual activities within the HR systems team.
  • Extract, manipulate, and report on large datasets.
  • Produce and investigate detailed reports.
  • Write and execute SQL queries.
  • Work with SAP and Oracle systems (experience with either is preferable).
  • Utilise SMTP mail relay and S-Sharp for data management. (Desirable)

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced Excel skills are crucial.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and methodical thinking.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access (Immediate requirement).
  • Experience with SAP and Oracle systems.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and techniques.
  • VBA & SQL skills.
  • 33 Days Holiday plus Christmas Closure (increase after years of service).
