Job summary

The Open University is seeking an HR Technology Co-ordinator to enhance HR systems, support process improvements and enable data-driven decision making. You will maintain People Services systems, deliver system changes, and ensure documentation and training are aligned with SLA targets, while collaborating with IT and service teams to drive continuous improvement across HR tech.

Ideal candidates will have experience with SAP SuccessFactors, strong analytical skills, attention to GDPR compliance,

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors and HR systems.
• Ability to upgrade systems and perform testing.
• Experience with data corrections and GDPR compliance.
• Strong documentation and training delivery skills.
• Stakeholder liaison across IT and business teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support People Services systems, including faults, data, upgrades and testing.
• Identify and implement system improvements with IT and stakeholders.
• Carry out data corrections, uploads, and audits for accuracy and GDPR alignment.
• Support small projects and cyclical activities (e.g. salary reviews).
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and deliver training as required.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting for system/process queries.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and collaborative decision-making.
