Job summary

The HR Fixers, a UK-based HR systems consultancy, are seeking a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors specialist to join our growing team. You’ll configure, fix, and optimize SuccessFactors modules to deliver real value for clients while collaborating with HR, IT and project stakeholders.

Based in the UK, you’ll travel to client sites as needed. You’ll also create documentation, run training sessions, build practical reports and support upgrades, ensuring compliance and data integrity across the HR

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors in HRIS or HR technology roles.
• Experience configuring workflows, permissions and data models.
• Familiarity with upgrades, testing and change management.
• Able to travel to client sites in the UK.
• Bonus points for consulting or multi-client experience.

Responsibilities

• Support SuccessFactors projects from implementation through day-to-day maintenance.
• Map as-is and to-be HR processes and redesign them.
• Migrate and cleanse HR data from legacy systems.
• Configure workflows, business rules, and data models.
• Lead UAT, test scenarios, and cutover plans.
• Track and fix system issues with vendors as needed.
• Create user guides and run HR training sessions.
• Build reports and dashboards used by clients.
