VERO HR in Peterborough is seeking an HR Systems Coordinator with a natural curiosity for software and a customer-focused mindset. No HR systems experience is required; training and hands-on coaching will support your development.

You will implement, configure and support HR systems for UK and international clients, assist with data preparation and testing, and work with colleagues to translate requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with implementation, configuration and ongoing support of HR systems.
• Assist with system setup, data preparation, testing and troubleshooting.
• Work with colleagues and clients to understand requirements and identify practical solutions.
• Support system demonstrations, user training and client queries as your knowledge and confidence develops.
• Help maintain accurate system and project documentation.
• Support multiple client projects, keeping tasks organised and progressing to agreed deadlines.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and make the way we work more efficient.
• Develop your knowledge of HR systems, technology and HR processes through hands-on experience, training and coaching.
• Live within a commutable distance to the offices in Peterborough.
