Job summary

Titan Wealth is seeking a permanent HR systems and automation lead to own our HR technology stack end to end. You will drive adoption of HiBob, Lever and AI-powered HR workflows, ensuring data integrity and scalable processes across the organisation.

You will lead integrations, governance and reporting while partnering with HR, IT and external vendors to deliver improved self-service and automation.

Qualifications

• Advanced HiBob configuration experience and internal SME across modules.
• Experience integrating HR systems with other business platforms.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of AI tools within HR environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management across HR, IT and vendors.
• Process improvement and automation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HRIS (HiBob) configuration, data integrity, workflows and integrations.
• Design self-service and automated workflows across core HR processes.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Lever) and HiBob integrations.
• Manage data flows from HiBob to external systems to support journey.
• Drive adoption of HiBob features, modules and AI-enabled workflows.
• Oversee AI governance, quality, prompts, and governance with IT & Security.
