Qualifications

• Experience analyzing HR systems and processes in the financial services sector.
• Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors ESM and Workzone.
• Experience leading global business analysis and solution design activities.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with HR and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR teams to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions using SAP SuccessFactors ESM.
• Support global design and requirements for SuccessFactors ESM and Workzone.
• Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders, HR service owners and SMEs across Asia, EMEA and the Americas.
• Work with implementation partners to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements and global operating model objectives.
• Document current-state processes, pain points, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Research HR best practice and emerging capabilities within SAP SuccessFactors ESM and Workzone.
• Provide support for system configurations, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Deliver user training and create documentation for system processes and updates.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to optimise functionality.
