Bird & Bird is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to provide functional, operational and reporting support for PeopleConnect (SAP SuccessFactors). You will manage incidents, deliver HR reporting, and support system changes and releases across the firm.

You will work with a Global HR Systems Team across countries, developing expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, improving HR reporting and contributing to practical improvements for HR teams and users.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR systems administration and support.
• Understanding of core HR processes and how technology supports them.
• Experience investigating HR system issues and responding to user queries.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve HR system incidents and requests.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system issues with practical solutions.
• Provide guidance to HR users on PeopleConnect processes.
• Maintain system data, configuration and documentation with governance.
• Produce and analyse reports and dashboards using SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI.
• Support data quality activities to ensure accurate HR data.
• Gather business requirements for system enhancements.
• Develop and execute testing activities including test plans and UAT.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors releases and changes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to drive process improvements.
