Job summary

Network Rail is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner Support to provide professional HR support to the HRBP teams and the business. You will contribute to talent management, workforce planning and performance processes while maintaining accurate data across HR systems.

The role requires strong communication, organisation, and analytical skills, with experience in large, fast-moving organisations. A CIPD qualification or equivalent HR support experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Provide proactive, professional HR support to the HR Business Partner team and the business.
• Assist with talent management, workforce planning and performance planning activities.
• Maintain data within HR systems and related processes.
