Roles exist in Weybridge, London Plant, Reading, and Newcastle Innovation Centres; successful interns may be considered for a full-time role after graduation and must have right to work in the UK for the duration of the internship.

Qualifications

• University student or recent graduate with strong communication skills and an interest in HR.
• Experience or involvement in academic or extra-curricular activities demonstrating initiative.

Responsibilities

• Work on live HR projects across Talent Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Equality & Inclusion.
• Contribute to recruitment strategy and training programme development.
• Engage with mentors and apply learning to real business challenges.
