Join the Audi F1 Project - Shape the Future of Motorsport!

Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), one of the most modern of its kind in Europe; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technologies and racing passion; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil handles chassis development and race operations.

What you need? The mindset of an athlete. If giving up isn’t an option and limits are meant to be overcome, you can bring "Vorsprung durch Technik" to Formula 1. Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history.

Position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.

Your mission

  • Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding approvals, social insurance, and time tracking.
  • Create and manage employment contracts in collaboration with HR business partners.
  • Record illness and accident data, liaise with external parties, and maintain the time tracking system.
  • Plan and execute monthly Welcome Events for new employees.
  • Organize exit interviews and prepare reference letters.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure accurate salary payments.
  • Contribute to HR process creation and optimization.
  • Maintain high quality and accuracy of HR data, including employee information updates.
  • Participate in HR projects and support company strategy implementation.

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security systems.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and reliable work style.
  • Experience with SAP (preferably SAP Fiori) and Personio.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • High IT affinity for upcoming digitalization projects.
  • Strong service orientation and enjoyment working with an international team.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
