We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our client’s team on an interim fixed-term basis until March 2028. The HR Specialist will support the delivery of the company’s people strategy by providing expert employee relations advice, leading organizational change initiatives, and managing various HR projects. Reporting directly to the HR & Business Change Manager, the successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to managers across the UK and Ireland, ensuring that people-related decisions align with operational objectives and organizational growth plans. This role is vital in supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, while fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment.
The ideal candidate will hold or be working towards CIPD Level 7 qualification, demonstrating a high level of HR expertise. Significant experience in managing complex employee relations matters independently within an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment is essential. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of UK employment law and best practices in employee relations, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven experience in organizational change, job evaluation, and HR project delivery is highly desirable. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
