Join the Audi F1 Project - Shape the Future of Motorsport!

Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), known for its modern facilities; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), recognized for innovative technologies; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis and race operations.

Your mission

• Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding approvals, social insurance, and time tracking.
• Create and manage employment contracts in collaboration with HR business partners.
• Record illness and accident data, coordinate with external parties, and maintain the time tracking system.
• Plan and execute the monthly Welcome Event for new employees.
• Organize exit interviews and prepare reference letters.
• Assist in payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
• Participate in the creation and optimization of HR processes.
• Maintain high quality and accuracy of HR data, including updating employee information.
• Support HR projects and contribute to the implementation of the company strategy.

Your profile

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar HR role.
• Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security systems.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and reliable work style.
• Experience with SAP, preferably SAP Fiori, and Personio.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong IT affinity, especially for upcoming digitalization projects.
• Excellent service orientation and ability to work with an international team.
• Proficiency in English and German.
