Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits in the UK & Ireland HR team is seeking a People Solutions Specialist to provide first-line HR support and oversee the employee life cycle for our UK operations.

You will handle inquiries, advise on contracts and policies, coordinate with payroll, and contribute to regional projects, bringing strong English communication, project management, and HR systems experience to a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar HR role.
• Confident written and verbal English communication.
• Professional HR qualification or CIPD accreditation preferred.
• Experience managing projects & processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and HR systems (SuccessFactors preferred).
• Experience in a shared service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for employees resolving HR and PS enquiries.
• Independently handle and clarify general inquiries to HR.
• Advise on contracts, policies and procedures.
• Own the employee life cycle and regional PS programs and policies.
• Coordinate with payroll on monthly input and assist HR leadership with regulatory interactions.
• Support HR Business Partners and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain time recording and vacation administration software and HR data management.
• Participate in local and regional projects.
