Job summary

Adecco are recruiting for a HR and Site Administrator in High Peak. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £14–£14.79 per hour (approx. £28k–£30k per annum pro rata).

It is an ongoing temporary contract with potential for permanent opportunities. The successful candidate will have HR experience, superb administration skills, and be prepared to drive with their own vehicle. This role suits a proactive organiser with strong IT skills and the ability to handle confidential

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Full driving license with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR lead with onboarding, leavers, and note taking.
• Handle administrative duties across HR and site operations.
• Liaise with team and maintain documentation.
• Support on-site admin tasks and reporting.
