Job summary

Valeo Foods UK seeks an experienced HR Services Transformation Lead for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on transforming HR operations, simplifying processes and strengthening governance to deliver a better employee experience.

You'll lead improvements across HR Shared Services, SOPs and service frameworks, using data-driven decisions and strong project management to deliver sustainable changes for the business.

Qualifications

• Experience within HR Shared Services, HR Operations or a similar HR environment (e.g. handling HR requests, case management).
• Proven track record of leading process improvement, transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong experience creating process documentation, SOPs and service frameworks.
• A passion for improving customer experience and making processes simpler.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to drive decisions.
• The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive the transformation of HR operations across Valeo Foods UK, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and employee experience.
• Simplify processes, embed best practice, strengthen governance and help deliver sustainable improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable HR service improvements.
• Support reshaping how HR supports the business and create a more consistent employee-focused function.
