Zusammenfassung

DFTO is seeking a Commercial HR Leader to manage a team of HR Administrators and Coordinators, delivering efficient HR and payroll services in a complex, public-sector setting. The role ensures contracts, variations and employment records are compliant with current law and policies.

The postholder will drive governance, controls and continuous improvement in HR processes, while supporting secondments, internal mobility and stakeholder alignment across HR, Payroll, Finance and Legal.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of HR and payroll administration within a complex organisation.
• Experience of managing and developing administrative teams.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and its practical application.
• Experience of drafting and maintaining employment contracts and HR policies.
• Knowledge of secondment arrangements, contract variations and employment documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead HR Admin and payroll teams to deliver an efficient, compliant service.
• Oversee employment documentation, payroll controls and governance.
• Maintain strong governance across HR administration and payroll activities; manage risks and audit trails.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal and the wider business to ensure service quality.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and policies.
• Support secondments and internal mobility within the organisation.
