About the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team

A passionate and dedicated team working to design, develop, manufacture, and race cars to compete for world championships annually. Our team spans Operations, Technical, Race, and Business Support functions, all striving to build the greatest team in our sport's history.

Working Conditions

Our standard workweek is 40 hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, including a 1-hour lunch break at our Brackley Campus.

About the Role

This position involves providing daily HR administrative support, serving as the first point of contact for internal HR requests, inquiries, and escalations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the HR Services inbox, ensuring responses meet SLA standards for general requests, reference checks, and inquiries.
  2. Handle end-to-end administration within the employee lifecycle, including interpreting, preparing, and issuing contractual documents.
  3. Maintain accurate employee data in Workday, including onboarding, induction, probation, absence management, holiday calculations, and offboarding.
  4. Create and review HR service guides and documentation, updating onboarding and induction materials as needed.
  5. Administer employee benefits such as relocations, car schemes, ride-to-work programs, discounts, and paternity leave.
  6. Support L&D and EDI initiatives, including Work Experience programs and EDI events.
  7. Respond to benefit-related queries and escalate to the Reward team when necessary.
  8. Assist with HR projects, including attending meetings and supporting system testing.
  9. Review feedback questionnaires, responding or escalating as appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail, with excellent interpersonal skills and initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Data analysis skills and experience presenting data.
  • CIPD Level 3 or a desire to achieve it.
