Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking an HR Services Administrator on a 6 Month FTC. Based in Birmingham with hybrid work two days a week, the role focuses on HR administration, onboarding and contract duties within a fast-paced environment.

You will support HR services, manage workflows, data and queries while contributing to smooth operations. The ideal candidate has proven admin experience, strong attention to detail and a proactive, learning mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven administration experience (HR or people-focused environment preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with clear processes.
• Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
• Positive attitude with a can-do approach and learning mindset.
• Good organisational and communication skills.

• Generating employment contracts and offer letters
• Uploading and maintaining HR workflows within the system
• First-line HR queries via the shared inbox
• Managing HR data, reporting and system updates
• Shared inbox management and general HR admin support
