Job Description:

NB - This role requires Spanish Language Skills (Verbal and Written)

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing support to our Spanish Market, as well as interim support for our UK and Ireland markets during our growth in Spain.

All processes are currently manual, so confidence and proficiency with Microsoft Office are beneficial.

The role is fast-paced and high volume, using ServiceNow and Workday.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR and deliver advisory services
  • Log and manage cases in the HR case management system
  • Provide support and advice to associates as needed
  • Identify patterns and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide consistent, expert advice in line with HR policies and country legislation
  • Collaborate with HRSC Seniors, Management, HRBPs, and ER for complex cases
  • Interpret multi-country HR policies and processes
  • Maintain accuracy in correspondence
  • Stay up-to-date with HRSC processes and procedures
  • Support note-taking as required

Other

  • Keep knowledge of policies current and stay informed on legislative changes
  • Attend training and upskill sessions
  • Support other HRSC areas during peak periods
  • Ensure materials supporting processes are current
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades and integrations

  • Fluent Spanish - Written and Verbal
  • Confident and credible in HR interactions
  • Experience in conflict management and resolution
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Ability to challenge tactfully and promote self-service
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, especially Word and Excel
  • Positive, confident attitude
  • Experience in HR Service Centre or related field is advantageous
