Job summary

G MASS, a leading global financial market infrastructure provider, seeks an HR Risk & Control Manager to shape the first line risk and control environment during a major operating model redesign. You will work with external consultants and senior leaders to design, evidence and assure HR controls today and in the target state.

This high-visibility role requires independent judgment, robust challenge, and the ability to drive the programme forward.

Qualifications

• Strong background in risk and control within financial services.
• Experience in first line of defence or control assurance.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Represent Risk & Control in workshops for operating model and control design.
• Assess current and future HR control framework and recommend mitigations.
• Provide challenge to the business and ensure controls are in place and evidenced.
• Review findings and challenge where assurance is not demonstrated.
• Present assessments to Risk & Control management and senior stakeholders.
