Sheffield Forgemasters Engineering Ltd is recruiting a HR Reward Partner for a 15 month fixed term maternity cover. The role can be full-time or part-time and sits within the People & Culture department at our Sheffield site.

You will partner with the People & Culture Director to implement the reward agenda across pay, benefits and recognition, delivering expert analysis, policy development and benchmarking across the organisation.

Formación

• Reward and benefits knowledge essential.
• Experience leading improvement initiatives in HR.
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the subject matter expert for reward including pay, benefits, pensions, recognition and benchmarking.
• Support the Reward & Recognition Strategy with the People & Culture Director.
• Provide reward analysis and market insights for pay reviews and Remuneration Committee activity.
• Lead job evaluation and benchmarking to maintain an effective banding framework.
• Enhance EVP through competitive reward and benefits programmes.
• Develop and maintain reward, recognition and benefits policies.
