You will support coordination of recruitment across temporary, contractor and permanent hires, liaise with candidates and hiring managers, and assist with employer brand content with our Communications team.

Qualifications

• Currently studying an undergraduate degree with a mandatory placement year.
• Interest in HR, recruitment, business or people-related topics.
• Confidence communicating with candidates, managers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment across temporary, contractor and permanent hires.
• Arrange interviews and ensure pre-assessment tasks are completed on time.
• Shortlist, review video interviews, and support assessment centres.
• Communicate with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
• Support employer brand activity with the Communications team.
• Maintain candidate records in line with data protection requirements.
• Prepare monthly MI reporting for hires across streams.
• Contribute ideas to attraction and selection process improvements.
