Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) invites applications for an Undergraduate Procurement & Supply Chain placement in Milton Keynes. The role supports supplier performance, invoicing, reporting and customer query resolution across the Fleet business.

A hybrid working pattern is in place with in-office days required. The successful candidate will gain experience in analysis, stakeholder management and continuous improvement, while supporting supplier performance reviews and project work throughout

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organisational skills and initiative.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced PC literacy, especially Excel for reporting.
• Ability to present findings in reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Collate and analyse supplier performance for monthly dashboard.
• Verify supplier invoices to ensure accurate payments.
• Raise invoices and consolidate customer monthly bills.
• Own management of teledmatics/telematics operational queries.
• Support Fleet Supplier Managers in reviews and prepare performance reports.
• Act as initial contact for supplier/service queries.
• Assist tendering for new services, read/score bids, attend site visits.
• Contribute to continuous business change through innovative thinking.
