Job summary

Volkswagen Group UK is offering an undergraduate placement in Milton Keynes to develop and produce accurate HR data analysis and reporting. You’ll support the People Team and wider business, delivering insights to enhance HR strategy during a twelve-month placement from June 2027.

You’ll gain exposure to data gathering and manipulation, working with stakeholders across the company, with a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be on a sandwich degree with a one-year industrial placement.

About The Role

You will support in developing and producing accurate, timely and meaningful data analysis and reporting to the People Team and wider business in order to continually enhance the HR strategy. This will support in providing people data insights in key identified areas. You will also contribute to wider People Team initiatives and priorities.

Ourplacement is open to anyuniversitystudent who iseligibleto work full-time in theUKfor twelve months from June 2027. You should be on a sandwich degree which offers a one-yearindustrialplacement.
