Job summary

Priory Hospital Woodbourne, Edgbaston, Birmingham, is seeking an HR & Resourcing Lead to join our team. This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offers a salary of £32,445 per year.

You will provide hands-on HR support across the site, collaborating with the Senior Management Team and central HR to ensure HR processes run smoothly and effectively. Desirable CIPD qualification and healthcare experience are noted; Priory supports your development with ongoing training and progression

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating HR activities in a corporate environment.
• Ability to provide HR support and guidance to managers and colleagues.
• Desirable CIPD qualification; healthcare sector experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and colleagues.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Help with absence management, employee relations and retention.
• Provide advice and guidance on HR processes and policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and complete HR administration.
• Work with Senior Management Team and central HR teams.
• Help create a positive, well-managed working environment.
