Sushi Samba Group in the UK is seeking a passionate HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. You will support the employee lifecycle across all UK locations and be a key contact for our people.

This role blends HR administration with recruitment responsibilities, requiring strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude. You will help deliver a welcoming HR service and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in HR Administration.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee documentation.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment law is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Responsabilités

• Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries.
• Managing day-to-day HR documentation and processes.
• Preparing onboarding paperwork, contracts and termination forms.
• Communicating company announcements and maintaining employee records.
• Supporting end-to-end recruitment across UK locations and conducting initial phone screenings.
• Providing HR/employee relations support when required.
• Coordinating exit interviews and payroll documentation.
