Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive operational excellence and organizational health at assigned sites, partnering with field leaders to translate priorities into action.

The role focuses on employee experience, trust, and performance, with responsibilities spanning engagement, safety, and data-driven HR solutions. You will work onsite across multiple locations to support a regional campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing and reading).
• Experience in human resources, labor relations or legal fields.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms like Voice of the Associate, roundtables, and GEMBA walks.
• Execute employee engagement strategies and recognition programs, including budget planning and employee appreciation activities.
• Build an environment where employees feel safe and included, establishing Employee Resource Groups and ensuring equitable talent practices.
• Maintain meaningful floor presence across the site, gathering insights and identifying early signs of disengagement.
